Good days, good people, and support that feels like family.

We're two branches of the same friendly team. iCare Nursing looks after supported living and clinical care. iCare Day Services runs the groups, outings and one-to-one support that make the week something to look forward to.

Two branches

One team wearing two hats

Plenty of people use both, and because we're one team your supports actually talk to one another instead of working in separate corners.

Care that takes its time

Around-the-clock supported living in five real houses, planned with you rather than handed to you.

Supported independent living

Your own home, your own routine, your own front door key — with someone around whenever you need them. We take real care matching housemates and staff, and we give everyone time to settle in.

Personal care

A hand with showering, dressing, medication reminders and getting the day going. Never rushed, always with your dignity front and centre.

Clinical support in our homes

Registered nurses on the team for complex and high-intensity supports, clinical checks, and keeping your doctors and specialists in the loop. This sits inside our supported homes rather than as a visiting service.

Palliative support

Gentle, comfort-focused care at the end of life, working alongside palliative services and family so nobody has to work it out alone.

Where people live

Five homes, and not a facility among them

Each one is a real house in a real street in the Latrobe Valley, with someone on hand around the clock. Who's living where changes, so just ask.

iCare Day Services

The bit everyone looks forward to

We're here to make life bigger — more friends, more places, more things you're good at. Out and about all over Gippsland.

Out in the community

Getting out and about with support that quietly steps back as confidence grows.

Group programs

Regular groups with familiar faces — the part most people tell us they count down to all week.

One-to-one time

For goals, outings or the days when a group just isn't the right fit.

Everyday skills

Cooking, budgeting, catching the bus, handling appointments — the practical stuff that makes independence real rather than theoretical.

Getting active

Movement pitched at the person, built into the week rather than bolted onto the end of it.

Planned respite

Short stays in one of our homes, giving families a genuine breather with people who already know the person well.

Our programs

18 and over

Adults Social Group

Outings, activities and the social side of adult life.

Ages 12–17

Teen Life

Independence, mates, and working out who you are.

Fridays

Disco Fridays

The one nobody misses. Music, dancing, a proper end to the week.

Not sure what you need? That's completely normal.

Honestly, working it out is our job rather than yours. Tell us roughly what's going on and we'll talk you through what's possible under your NDIS plan — whether or not you end up with us.

Meet the team

You'll get to know these faces

Fifty-four of us across both branches — big enough to cover every shift properly, small enough that you'll deal with the same people each time and they'll remember your name.

Good questions

Things people ask us

Are you a registered NDIS provider?

Yes. iCare has been a registered NDIS provider since 2021, and we have passed every audit since — along with each change to the NDIS Practice Standards and registration rules that has come in during that time. That covers us for the supports we deliver, including supported independent living and the high-intensity and clinical supports that go with it.

What happened to Daily Living?

Daily Living closed. We didn't buy the business and we're not the same company — but when it wound up, most of its team and many of the people they supported came across to us. iCare Day Services is our own service, run largely by faces you'll already know, picking up where things were left.

Who do you support?

We work with NDIS participants only, across both branches. Tell us how your plan is managed — self, plan or agency managed — and we'll explain how it works from there. If you don't have a plan yet, the NDIS website and your local area coordinator are the place to start.

Which areas do you cover?

Gippsland, centred on Traralgon and the Latrobe Valley. If you're right on the edge of that, ask anyway — we'd rather say yes.

Can I use both branches?

Lots of people do — living in one of our homes during the week and coming along to Day Services programs. One team, so it's joined up instead of doubled up.

Do you have any vacancies?

It changes. Send us a note and we'll tell you what's genuinely free rather than keeping you waiting indefinitely.

Can a support coordinator get in touch directly?

Please do. Support coordinators and allied health teams are very welcome on the same number or through the form.

Say hello

We'd love to hear from you

Call, email, or send us a note and we'll come back to you.

Or send us a note

Tell us a bit about what you're after — which branch, who the support is for, and how your plan is managed if you happen to know. There are no wrong answers, and nothing is locked in by asking.

We answer during business hours. If something's urgent, please call rather than email — you'll get us faster.
